Health and Safety is a priority for The Sanctuary Residents Association.

All Residents are requested to report as soon as possible any Health and Safety incidents/issues that occur, on the common land, to the relevant SRA board member. For any incidents/accidents an SRA Incident Report Form should be completed and passed to the relevant board member. For occasions where immediate action is required a phone call may be more appropriate, and the form can be completed at a later date.  (See printed Residents Handbook for Board Member contact details.)

The Health and Safety Policy only applies to the common land which the SRA Board has responsibility to maintain.
